Brokers & placement
AI exposure today is placed on questionnaires and declarations. A governed deployment produces something a broker can actually take to market: a per-action attestation stream, a certified frequency bound, and an accumulation view, carrier-neutral by design.
Carrier-neutral by construction
The evidence format is an open protocol, royalty-free. Any carrier can read and verify tokens; no insurer receives or can foreclose those rights. A broker can architect a governance-linked programme and invite competing capacity to it, because the client's evidence travels with the client, not with one underwriter.

One device, two perils
AI outputs, pricing, lending, claims, allocation, checked before they enter the business. This is the peril the AI class adds, and the one no existing line was written for.
Data leaving toward external AI models, MNPI, PII, client confidences, trade secrets, checked before it reaches the model. This is the egress peril cyber and financial-lines placements already price.
The outbound peril is one the placement market already understands; the inbound peril is the one the AI class introduces. The same device, at the same boundary, produces evidence for both.
The insured wants the device
The safe-but-novel review queue, the blocked-item explanations, and the outbound-egress log are commercially valuable to the insured before any policy exists. The client adopts the device because it makes their own AI safer to run, not because an underwriter demanded it.
"The carrier never has to mandate it. The policy just recognises it."
